Position Overview
Finlay Training Institute is seeking a Bilingual Career Services Advisor to support our Student Operations team. You will guide prospects through enrollment, prepare students for internships and interviews, and help place graduates in rewarding healthcare positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Enrollment: Engage prospects, present our Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, and EKG programs, close enrollments, and manage admission requirements.
Student Operations: Monitor student progress, coordinate paperwork, and address administrative questions.
Professional Preparation: Develop and deliver resume workshops, mock interviews, and workplace etiquette sessions.
Internship Coordination: Manage partnerships with clinics, labs, and hospitals; assign and track student placements.
Job Placement: Build relationships with employers, organize job fairs, and facilitate smooth transitions for graduates into the workforce.
Ongoing Communication: Provide personalized support via phone, email, and WhatsApp in both Spanish and English.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or career services (education or healthcare a plus).
Strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient with CRM software and Technology (EMR/CRM experience is a bonus).
